| Description |
The client program does not seem to always be aware when it is offline, still showing as if online until data is sent (stale connection). The client also appears to be getting disconnected periodically. |

With b2 there is keep-alive functionality (ping), which may prevent this problem from happening, if not, client-site ping will need to be added. Pls don't close this ticket until confirmed if the server side solution fixes it. |
