VFD should have ability to upload pics and vids, songs for bands maybe.

0000108: VF messenger should only allow single instance

A simple fix, no doubt, but having multiple instances of VF messenger is a waste of RAM, etc., and doesn't seem useful to allow multiple instances of the program to run.

HTML support is broken in IM chat.

There should be a theme gallery built in, where you can browse other peoples themes and install with a single click.

The FlashChat window title is just vfdekstop, should be "Flash Chat"

Fix Code to Allow theme able profile|journal|gallery icons in future versions.

Sending an ampersand (&) results in the receiver seeing a blank message.

#ifdef Q_OS_WIN32 need to be updated to also cover 64 bit windows.

Check if user file locations have changed for 64 bit or not too.

0000104: Unwanted alerts showing up

Alerts I don't have selected (i.e., Cult Updates) continually show up in the drop-down notification.

When receiving a new message, there should be better notification.

1) Sounds?
2) Window blinking

.. take a look at other IM clients and see what works for them.

VF Desktop should have ability to alert Premium Members on Premium only Features (Ratings, Profile Views, etc).

0000099: LInks in Flash Chat

Links in the FlashChat don't do anything when clicked.

0000102: Add a Block/Unblock Option

i think this will be a greatly needed option for user conflict. if blocked the user will just appear as "offline". and come online again when unblocked.

In future versions add a color picker that would change the layout to a specified color including all icons and backgrounds.

Some alerts (namely comments) are not showing up in the list.

0000067: Friends list sorting for Online / Offline

The friends list should sort users so those who are online show at the top of the list when 'Show Offline Friends' is enabled.

0000091: Status updates only show first word.

Setting a status via the messenger only uses the first word of the status.

"This is a test status" shows up as "This" on the VF site.

Not sure if fixed in RC 2.

0000095: Alerts get disable on disconnect

The Alerts seem to get disable on a disconnect / reconnect cycle, although the settings page shows them as enabled. Un-checking and re-enabling from the settings fixes it, but has to be done each time.

URL does not parse in chat window due to the actual function missing. hopefully will be resolved in the next release?

as seen in the photo the icon should be a hand not an arrow.

The status message seems to re-set every time there is an alerts popup.

The "Set Status" button does not set the status on the website, only on the Messenger, and reverts to the website status at random times.

Simple, really. Pull users default pic for online icon. b&w it for offline.
